Brukermanual

Denne brukermanualen skal gi en rask innsikt i mulighetene som finnes i statistikkverktøyet, samt forståelse for hvordan grafene kan tolkes.

Valg av språk

Grafene kan vises med språkene norsk og engelsk. Dette følger språkvalget for selve websiden. Dette velges oppe til høyre i menyen markert som følger "no en"

Bruk av hovedmeny

Hovedmeny finnes i topp til venstre på websiden med grå bakgrunn. For å velge graf: trykk på symbolet for pil i listeboksen øverst på websiden, trykk deretter på type graf fra listen. Hovedmenyen tilpasser seg typen graf som velges. For å velge data: marker aktuelle data og trykk på pilene som peker mot høyre. For å søke etter data trykk på "søk" knappen, skriv inn søketekst i feltet som kommer frem, marker valget og valgte data listes. Ved å trykke "Oppdater", vil grafene vise valgte data. Tips: Benytt ctrl/ctrl-shift for å velge mer enn ett datavalg i listene.

Ved å klikke på tegnforklaring under grafene kan det vises mer spesifikke data.

Bruk av meny i grafen

menyen oppe til høyre i grafene finner du flere valgmulighetter for å lagre data som .xls og .csv. I tillegg kan grafene lagres som bilder i formatene .jpg, .png, .pdf og .svg. Hvordan filen lagres avhenger av nettleserinnstillinger. I tillegg er det mulig å velge fullskjermsvisning av grafen.

Tolkning av grafene

Data med skravert mønster regnes som foreløpige og indikerer at årgangen ikke er ferdigstillt, dvs. at dataene fremdeles kan forandre seg. I grafer der søylene viser akkumulerte data, merkes søylene med siste dato i året, samt at for det pågående året merkes søylen med dagens dato. I visninger der søyler indikerer data for et spesifikt år er det årstallet som vises, mens det er perioden fra starten av året til dagens dato som vises for det pågående år. I linjediagrammene der det finnes ufullstendig data vil disse magle markør for datapunktene.

User manual

This user manual is meant to give the user quick insight into the possibilities that exists in this statistics tool as well as understanding of how they can be interpreted.

Selection of language

The graphs can show the languages Norwegian and English. This follows the chosen language for the website and is selected in the top right corner as follows "no en".

The main menu

The main menu is located to the top left with grey background. To choose graph: Click on the arrow symbol in the list box at the top of the website, thereafter click on the type of graph you would like. The menu will now adjust to your selection. To choose data: MArk the relevant data and click the arrows pointing to the right. To search for data click the search text in the appearing list. By clicking on "update", the graph will show the selected data. Tip: Use the ctr/ctrl-shift buttons to select more than one choice in the lists.

Use of toggle buttons in the legend

To show data that are more specific click on the toggle buttons in the legend.

Use of menu in the graph

In the menu in the top right corner , you will find several options. The data can be stored as .xls and .csv, in addition the graph can be stored as a picture in the formats .jpg, .png, .pdf and .svg. How/where the files are stored depends on the browser settings. It is also possible to choose a full screen view.

Interpretation of the graphs

The data with patterns is preliminary and indicate that the year is not finalized. Th graphs where the data is accumulated, the label will indicate the last date of the year, and for the ongoing year, it will show the current date. In views where the columns indicate data for a specific year the label shows the year, while for the ongoing year the label will indicate the date from the start of the year untill the current date. In line charts where you have preliminary data these will be missing markers for the data points in question.

Counts users per registration year.
