Literacy a highly-regarded journal in the field of Literacy Studies, with multi-disciplinary approaches and high citation rates. It is the flagship journal of the UKLA Association. I believe the Committee should re-visit its position as a "Level1 journal" and consider upgrading it to "Level2".
